I, too sing America.
I am the different one People stare and laugh at me with disgrace While others join I remain quiet As I grow And gain power Tomorrow, I’ll be by your side As others approach Nobody’ll dare Laugh at me Then. Otherwise, They’ll see the power I have And be embarrassed- I, too, am America.

In my opinion, I believe that knowing the history and traditions used back then is what it means to be Americans. Also, appreciating everything our ancestors did for us have the life we have now. I don’t really believe if you're born in America you're immediately an American. Immigrants can be called American with the fact that they show the American history and still treasure it. There are some people who are “American” yet, know nothing on how it all began. I may not know all the history behind the word “American” but I do appreciate what they did for us. I believe “the American Life” would be ongoing through hard times but not giving up. FOr example, back then many Americans went through harsh times such as War, not enough food, no crops, etc. but they still managed to keep moving on with a new life they created. The life that slowly and slowly became what we have now. Some may think being American means being a white person and it is not always true.
  Our project was on Chapter 27. We used the string to show the relationships and contribution of the self-centeredness of the rose, the sheep's innocence, and the pilot's thoughts. We used the yellow to represent the desert where the pilot was walking on and the stars to represent the Little Prince laugh when hes happy.

Descartes once said, "I think, therefore I am," which is what is shown in the image above. With the simple act of thinking means you exist. The act of thinking is perceiving and it cannot be doubted. This is known as an irrefutable truth. Whereas what you are looking at (the object) may be doubted since some people can see a cloud while others see a bush or even a part of a flower. Descartes said that if you know that you are thinking it will prove your existence. You can think in your mind that you are in the library when you are simply in class. But you cannot do that physically because you have to remain in one place. Sometimes our senses will trick us into believing it is one thing when its not.
 For our Abstract Art Project we decided to create a painting that deomonstrated Order. We created many different elements in our painting. The purple around one of the sections was to deomonstrate the boos. For example, in this case it would be President Barack Obama. The rest would be just normal people in the country. They are all connnected because in a government you have to have order among the rest in order for there to be a good society. The red represents the multiple ways to control the Democracy such as the Branches of Government.
The quote, "I think, therefore I am," told by Rene Descartes has an important meaning. This quote means that by the fact that you think about something (percieving) proves your existance. When you think about something that is an irrefutable truth because it cannot be doubted. Although the object that you are looking at can be doubted since many people can have different perspectives on what that object is. Descartes says that if you are able to think then it would prove that you exist.
